Reception Manager

Our client is a long-standing, privately owned GP clinic with a strong presence in the local community and a stable, supportive team environment.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on coordination role supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy medical practice. Reporting to off-site Practice leadership, you will assist in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic while supporting a collaborative and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily operations and workflow of the clinic
  • Assist in guiding reception and clinical support staff
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery
  • Provide support with compliance and accreditation processes (RACGP)
  • Help identify and resolve operational issues
  • Ensure systems and processes run efficiently
About You
  • Experience in a senior receptionist, team leader, or coordination role within a GP medical practice
  • Working knowledge of Best Practice software
  • Exposure to accreditation processes (desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a calm and professional approach
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to be hands-on
  • Solid general IT skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
